Why my Google Adsense Account is Rejected - Part 1

Why my Google Adsense Account is Rejected? This is the question that lingers in the mind of those whose Adsense account is deleted. There are various reasons for the rejection of the account. This article is for those people to understand google adsense policies better and work towards rectifying their mistakes and get their account approved.

When an account gets rejected, google will be sending a mail to the person stating why it has been rejected. The mail may contain a single line issue as to why it is rejected. Many of us don’t know the exact description of the issue and would try to reapply again and again without actually rectifying the mistake.

I am going to list out the following possible issues with a brief description so that it will be useful to understand the mistake and rectify it before reapplying again.

The following is the sample mail that will be sent by google when an account gets rejected. It contains rejection reason which mostly will not have a briefing.

Hello xxxxx

Thank you for your interest in Google Ad Sense. Unfortunately, after reviewing your application, we're unable to accept you into Google Ad Sense at this time.

We did not approve your application for the reasons listed below.

    Difficult site navigation
    Domain ownership not evident
    Inappropriate language
    Login access only

    P.O.BOX Address
    Sensitive Content
    Unacceptable site content
    Under Construction
    Unsupported language
Below I have given the briefing of all the issues which google is referring to so that it will be helpful to correct the mistakes before reapplying.

Account information incorrect or not provided:

“Account information incorrect or not provided: We’ve found that the account information provided in your application is incomplete or incorrect. Business applications are required to include a company name in the ‘Payee Name’ field of the application form, in addition to a contact name in the ‘Contact Name’ field. Individual applications require the full name of the individual responsible for the account in the ‘Payee Name’ field.”

“All applications must include a valid and complete address where you can receive mail. It is important that this information is entered correctly since payments will be issued to the payee name and cheques will be posted to the address as listed on your application.”

Chat site:

“We currently don't accept chat website into the Ad sense program. We found that we are unable to deliver relevant ads to those sites, which would not provide a valuable experience for your site's users or our advertisers”

Difficult site navigation:

“During our review of your website, we found your site difficult to navigate. Potential navigation issues include: pages behind a login/restricted access, broken links, excessive pop-ups, dialers, website pages under construction or not yet launched.”
“Thank you for your interest in Google AdSense. After reviewing your application, our program specialists have found that it does not comply with our policies. Therefore, we’re unable to accept you into Google AdSense at this time.”

Domain ownership not evident:

“The registration information for this domain does not match the current company and contact information associated with your account. In order to be accepted into this program, the domain registration information must be consistent with the company information that you have provided. If you can provide proof of domain ownership, please reply to this email.”
“In order to participate in Google AdSense, publishers must own the top-level domain of their site or have permission to run ads on this site. We’ve found that the registration information for this domain does not match the current company and contact information associated with your application. If you can provide proof that you own www.neutralenglish.com, please reply to this email. To apply for AdSense using a different website, please update and resubmit your application by following the instructions below. For your information AdSense advertisements cannot be properly implemented on Naver, Yahoo, Empas, Egloo, Daum, Nate, MSN, Cyworld and MySpace sites.”
